      There's a button called "LINK FOR DOWNLOAD" in blue click on it and it will direct you to a google drive page, then just download it. PS: I didn't notice there was an access restriction to the drive, now it's off and you can access it without problem, if you didn't comment I wouldn't have noticed it, so thank you.
